Land Development – Platting and Lot Subdivision.
We are highly familiar with the platting /replatting processes in South Florida tri-county area. We have prepared and recorded over 70 record plats for new subdivisions, in accordance with Municipal Codes and in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 177, Florida Statutes.
Site planning and land subdivision requires expertise and competency in zoning regulations, platting requirements, restrictions, traffic regulations, right of way dedications and lots lay-outs. As part of the platting process we set 3rd Order geodetic control that includes Permanent Reference Monuments positioned relative to Florida State Plane Coordinate System. We set Permanent Reference Points and set durable survey markers at every corner of each new parcel.
