18 years ago the Bello sisters, Kenia and Odalys decided to combine their education and experience with their hard work ethic to service the very demanding and diverse land development, engineering/architectural, and government institutions markets of South Florida.

B&B operations remain true to basic surveying principles, as we master the integration of conventional methods with the most advanced geospatial data collection and mapping processing tools.

We will assist you in financing, design, permitting, construction, and occupancy as well as providing any mapping services you require. An initial boundary survey, topographic and tree survey, the plat or replat, construction steps, and even further, the expert witness services in boundary disputes and area litigations in high-end condominium properties. We do it all.

We have worked with a highly prestigious clientele that includes Zoning/Land Use and Real Estate Attorneys, Engineering Consultants, Architects, Contractors and Land Developers. Our company has been involved in mega projects such as the Brickell City Center by the Swire Company, the Downtown Doral by Codina, the Miami Skyrise by Berkowitz, the Pearl at Dadeland by Morgan Group, and the new Jackson Health Systems complex at Doral.

Odalys is an accomplished land surveyor and aerial mapping professional. Her 25+ years of experience range from working in county government and in serving the private sector. She is recognized for her knowledge of surveying principles, boundary law, and her ability to deliver through challenging tasks in projects of any size and complexity. She oversees the overall technical services of the company and is in charge of Quality Assurance plans and business development.

Kenia is a seasoned land surveyor with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of surveying, from field to office calculations, geospatial data processing, and quality check of all deliverables. Kenia is an expert in classic surveying procedures including boundary surveying, geodetic control, construction surveying, GIS, hydrographic surveys, and many more. She is in charge of equipment and technology acquisition, and responsible for combining traditional surveying with emerging geospatial technology and methodologies.
